AI Transformation
This ends in something working, not a slide deck.
Most AI strategy engagements produce a document and an invoice. This one produces a ranked list of what's actually worth building for you, and then we build the top item so you can see whether the reasoning holds.
Why people do this
Everyone's told you to use AI. Nobody's told you where.
So you either do nothing, or you buy a tool that solves someone else's problem. The useful question isn't "how do we use AI," it's "which three things in this business are rules-based, high-volume and currently eating a person's week." That's answerable in a couple of days by someone who's looked at a lot of operations.
What's in it
Six things, ending in a build.
Workflow audit.
We watch how the work actually moves, including the spreadsheet nobody mentions in meetings.
Use case inventory.
Everything AI could plausibly touch, written down without filtering yet.
Value and effort scoring.
Hours saved or revenue moved, against days to build. Most items die here and that's the point.
Data readiness check.
We assess whether available data is suitable before recommending a build.
Build, buy or leave alone.
Sometimes the answer is an off-the-shelf tool. Sometimes it's hiring. We'll say so.
A pilot build of the top item.
Priced in days, built by us, so the recommendation gets tested rather than filed.
Modules are conditional capabilities. Providers, data handling, permissions, integrations, evaluation and human review are confirmed in the written scope.
How it works
Two days of looking, then building.
01 — Two days on your operations.
Calls with the people doing the work, not just the owner.
02 — The ranked list.
Short, specific, with day counts attached.
03 — You pick one.
Or none. The list is yours either way.
04 — We build the pilot.
Same day rate. Same free-prototype rules.

No client logo or project image is published without a complete record and permission.
No permissioned proof record is currently published.
How this starts
The first conversation is free and often enough.
One clickable prototype and one feedback round are free. If you stop there, no payment is due and you keep the feedback; the prototype remains Kollabit property unless the engagement proceeds, subject to our Terms.

What it costs.
- 200
- CAD per day, per AI Product Engineer.
- 2
- days to a ranked, costed list. Build days quoted per item.
- 100%
- Custom project deliverables transfer after final payment, subject to our Terms. Pre-existing Kollabit materials and third-party tools keep their existing ownership or licences.
Simple and typical estimates are non-binding. Final scope is confirmed before billing; taxes and third-party costs are additional.

The ones we get asked.
What does AI transformation actually mean here?
Two days finding what's worth automating in your business, ranked by value against days to build, followed by building it.
How much does it cost?
$200 CAD per day, per engineer. Two days for the assessment, so $400. Build days are quoted separately. Simple and typical estimates are non-binding. Final scope is confirmed before billing; taxes and third-party costs are additional.
Do I have to build what you recommend?
No. The list is yours. Take it to someone else if you want.
What if the answer is that we don't need AI?
Then we say so. It happens, and it's a cheaper finding than the alternative.
Will this disrupt my team?
A few short conversations with the people doing the work. That's it.
Do you need access to our systems?
A screen-share or process walkthrough is enough for initial scope. Any later system access requires written scope, least privilege and an approved project channel.
Is this a strategy deck?
No. It's a short ranked list with day counts, and then a build.
We're twelve people. Are we too small?
No. Smaller businesses are usually easier, because there's less to untangle.
How is this different from hiring a consultant?
We build the thing. That's the whole difference and it changes the incentives.
What if we don't like the recommendations?
You've spent $400 and two days. That's the point of scoping it small. No outcome is guaranteed; the free prototype tests the direction before billing. One clickable prototype and one feedback round are free. If you stop there, no payment is due and you keep the feedback; the prototype remains Kollabit property unless the engagement proceeds, subject to our Terms.
What's eating the most hours?
