Performance Marketing

You're spending money. You don't know which half works.

Not because the campaigns are bad, but because the tracking was never set up properly and the landing page loses people before the form. We build the measurement first, then the campaigns, so the numbers mean something.

Why people rebuild this

The report says fifty leads. Sales says four.

Form fills counted as conversions, duplicates counted twice, phone calls not counted at all, and nothing connected to whether any of it closed. Agencies report on what's easy to measure rather than what pays. Fixing measurement makes campaign decisions more defensible; spend and outcomes remain uncertain.

What's in it

Seven modules. Tracking comes first for a reason.

  • Attribution built before spend.

Server-side tracking, call tracking, form tracking, all reconciled to one number.

  • Landing pages that load fast.

Built by us, not a page builder, because speed is the first conversion factor.

  • Campaign build on Google and Meta.

Structure, targeting, creative, and the negative keyword work nobody enjoys.

  • Conversion tracking through to revenue.

Not form fills. Closed business, where your CRM can tell us.

  • A dashboard you can read.

Spend, leads, cost per lead, cost per customer. One screen, no login to five platforms.

  • Testing with enough traffic to mean something.

We won't call a winner on forty visitors.

  • Feedback into the build.

When tracking shows the leak is on the site, we fix the site. Same team, same day rate.

Modules are conditional capabilities. Providers, data handling, permissions, integrations, evaluation and human review are confirmed in the written scope.

How it works

Four steps, measurement first.

  1. 01 — Audit and instrument.

Tracking fixed before anything is spent.

  2. 02 — Landing pages.

Built for the campaign, not repurposed from the homepage.

  3. 03 — Launch small.

Enough spend to learn, not enough to hurt.

  4. 04 — Read and adjust.

    On revenue, not clicks.

Questions

The ones we get asked.

How much does performance marketing cost?

$200 CAD per day, per engineer, for the build. Ad spend is separate and paid by you directly to the platforms. Simple and typical estimates are non-binding. Final scope is confirmed before billing; taxes and third-party costs are additional. Collection, provider configuration, retention, access, deletion, human review and regulated-data handling are confirmed in the written privacy/security scope.

Do you take a percentage of ad spend?

No. Percentage-of-spend rewards us for spending more of your money, which is a bad incentive.

What results can I expect?

Anyone quoting numbers before seeing your tracking is guessing. We start by finding out what your current numbers actually mean. This is a scoped target subject to data, platform, network and test results—not a universal guarantee.

How much should I spend to start?

Enough to get statistically meaningful data, which depends on your cost per click. We'll give you a number after the audit. Simple and typical estimates are non-binding. Final scope is confirmed before billing; taxes and third-party costs are additional. Collection, provider configuration, retention, access, deletion, human review and regulated-data handling are confirmed in the written privacy/security scope.

Do you do the landing pages?

Yes, built properly rather than in a page builder. Performance is one factor in conversion and is measured against the approved project target.

Can you track phone calls?

Potentially. Call tracking requires separate provider, consent, privacy and recording scope where applicable. The customer remains responsible for lawful authority and compliance; Kollabit provides scoped safeguards, not legal advice or certification. This is a scoped target subject to data, platform, network and test results—not a universal guarantee.

Google or Meta?

Depends on whether people search for what you do or need to be shown it. We'll tell you which after the audit.

Do you manage campaigns ongoing?

Additional work is scoped in engineer-days; minimums and availability are confirmed in writing. Simple and typical estimates are non-binding. Final scope is confirmed before billing; taxes and third-party costs are additional.

Who owns the ad accounts?

Custom project deliverables transfer after final payment, subject to our Terms. Pre-existing Kollabit materials and third-party tools keep their existing ownership or licences.

What if the audit shows my tracking is fine?

Then you've had a free audit and you know your numbers are real. Happens occasionally. This is a scoped target subject to data, platform, network and test results—not a universal guarantee.

What did you spend last quarter?

And do you know what it produced? We'll audit the tracking free and tell you.
